Returns
Returns if a piece isn’t as described
Each piece here is one-of-a-kind, so returns are accepted when an item isn’t as described — the wrong size, or a condition that doesn’t match the listing.
If something arrives that doesn’t match its listing, email us at the@rareroom.co.uk and include a couple of photographs. Don’t send anything back before we’ve agreed it, and keep the piece in the packaging it arrived in. Once it’s back with us and checked, we’ll refund the price paid and the delivery cost.
